LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS

Getting signed up is easy and most of the information has been populated for you.

HERE’S HOW:

Step 1: From loyolablakefield.org use the link on the front page or go to myloyolablakefield.org

Step 2: Click on the “First Time Login” button located near the top of the page.

Step 3: On the next screen type in your last name in the last name field and click on the “Find” button.

Step 4: Click the button next to your name.

You may see people who have your same name. If this is the case, please use the middle name to help determine the correct choice. The graduation year is only present if you are a Loyola Alumnus.

Step 5: Once you have selected your name click the “Next” Button.

Step 6: Enter your Loyola ID
If you need your ID number, please click on one of the names below to obtain that information. Please include your name and your son's name in the email.

Step 7: Click the “Verify” Button.

Step 8: After you have verified who you are in the previous step, you will see a page entitled:

My Information

On this page you will find seven different sections that must be completed. Below is a list of those section names and a brief description. Any field marked with a red asterisk is a required field and must be filled in in order to save your work.

Account Information

In this section you will set up your user name and password, set your preference on how you would like to receive emails (we recommend leaving this as Yes for both), and agree to the “Terms and Conditions”. You must agree to the terms and conditions in order for your account to work.

Member Information

Most of the information here is populated. Verify and make any changes you feel are needed. As the instructions say near the section header, anything you have checked can be seen by other members on your profile page.

Home Contact Information

Here again most of the information is populated. Verify and make any changes you feel are needed. As the instructions say near the section header, anything you have checked can be seen by other members on your profile page.

My Current Work Information

The work information here will remain private and will not be viewed by others on the site. Please note most of the information here is required. If you would like to share information about your work or your business, use the sections named Business WebCard and Business Contact Information near the bottom of the web page to do so. You can open and close these sections with the arrow symbol on the right section of the header by simply clicking on it.

My Emergency Contact Information

The information below the header will tell you in depth about this section. The first number is required.  

My Account Release Information

This section will help to determine how the school will share information about you in the Mother’s Club Directory.

After you have filled in the required fields (marked with a red asterisk) click the “Continue” button and begin to explore the community. When you click the Continue button your information is automatically updated. You will not receive an email confirmation but at any time you can make a change by clicking the “Update My Info” link on the upper left side of the page.

Each parent has his/her own account so you can choose what information you would like to display. This site is secure and contains information related to many of our constituents. As Loyola Blakefield moves forward with technology, most communications from the school will be done electronically, so don’t miss out on this exciting new service.

You will need an email account to access the community. If you do not have an email account you may obtain a free account at http://mail.yahoo.com/ or search the internet for a service you feel comfortable with.
